S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat goes on to enjoy a successful global launch

Eschborn near Frankfurt, February 16, 2010: In its first week in the stores, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat is taking the charts in many countries by storm. This dark first person shooter was officially released in the USA, UK and France on February 5, 2010, and now occupies top positions in the current sales charts. In the USA and France it touched down among the top three and jumped in at fourth place in the UK. Published by German publisher bitComposer Games and developed by the Ukrainian team GSC Game World, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat is repeating the earlier successes of the series, and even looks set to overtake them.
